We were given Mirza’s name through a neighborhood friend and I’m so glad we called! He was able to come the same day to give us a second look and estimate for replacement vs repair. Working with him was night and day compared to the other companies we received estimates from. While they used pressure, “deals”, and an over abundance of calls/texts, Mirza gave us the info and then the space to decide. No pressure. No constant calls/texts. Just information explained in a way that made sense and options to choose from.  After we compared his prices were better than the big companies too. Our air conditioning stopped working with a bridal shower coming over the weekend.  I called Highland at the recommendation of a friend.  Highland was very responsive.  He came out within an hour, found the issue, drove to get the parts, installed them and performed maintenance inside and outside.  He was informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Mirza came out on a cold Holiday weekend when my furnace went out. Took the time to properly diagnose our issue after another repair company misdiagnosed due to just guessing and slapping on new parts (incorrectly, I may add). The “other guys” seemed more interested in selling me a whole new furnace and signing me up on a maintenance plan than actually fixing the relatively cheap actual problem. Mirza with Highland took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose. No upsell. No mention of replacement. No nonsense. My heat stopped working, and after calling multiple HVAC companies, I became frustrated with all the upselling and the inconsistent explanations for why my system was failing. I spent money on several different companies to come out and diagnose my unit, and I still felt at a loss. I found Highland Heating and Cooling online, and fortunately they offered a free second opinion. The technician spent at least twice as much time diagnosing my unit as the other companies had, and he explained everything along the way. I felt completely comfortable moving forward with their services because of the honesty, transparency, and lack of upselling. Highly recommend!
